PHOS Labs is the scientific R&D layer behind PHOS. Its job is simple: test ideas against real-world data before they become features. No speculation. No inflated claims. Just evidence, translated into intelligence you can trust.

We take promising ideas, subject them to rigorous validation, and only allow what proves itself to move forward. That means defining explicit questions, designing experiments, pressure-testing methods, and letting the data decide.
Research moves at research pace. The product moves at product pace. That separation is intentional. It protects you from unproven experimentation, and it protects the science from being compressed into headlines before it's ready.

PHOS is a wellness product, not a medical device. PHOS Labs will not use clinical language it has not earned. Our goal is to reduce noise, improve interpretation, and support better awareness within a wellness context. Scientific ambition, matched by restraint.
Project Aletheia
Aletheia focuses on cognitive workload and strain before fatigue emerges, asking whether earlier signatures of overload can be identified across sleep, heart activity, movement, and behavior.
This is not about detecting burnout after the fact. It's about understanding the conditions that precede it, so PHOS can offer guidance that's timely, contextual, and grounded in evidence.

Ioannis Kyprakis
HEAD OF PHOS LABS (SCIENTIFIC R&D)
Holds a Masters in AI for Healthcare and is a researcher at FORTH (Greece's leading research center). He chairs the IEEE Engineering in Medicine and Biology Society and is completing his PhD in Cognitive Workload Modeling at the Hellenic Mediterranean University. His research anchors Project Aletheia and ensures every method we use meets the standard required to earn trust.
