By joining the PHOS waitlist, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

2. Waitlist Service

The waitlist allows you to:

• Express interest in PHOS
• Receive notifications when available
• Opt-in to product updates

Joining doesn't guarantee access. Access rolls out in phases.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Use the service lawfully
• Not attempt unauthorized access
• Respect PHOS's intellectual property

4. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks and intellectual property on this site belong to PHOS. You may not use, reproduce or distribute any content without written permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

PHOS is provided "as is" without warranties. We're not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages from use of the waitlist service.

6. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the waitlist service at any time. We're not obligated to provide access to all waitlist members.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Changes will be posted here with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
